Question 1

How do I convert a file?

Accepted Answer

It’s very simple! Upload your file to our platform, choose the output format you want, then click “Convert”. Your file is processed in the cloud and ready to download in a few seconds.

Question 2

Which formats are supported?

Accepted Answer

We support more than 35 file formats and 400 conversions between them, including PDF, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, JPG, PNG, MP4, MP3, WAV and many more. Browse the full list of our tools on our home page or in the menu to discover every available format.

Question 3

Are my files deleted after conversion?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Your original file and the converted file are deleted from our servers automatically once the conversion is finished and the download window has closed. Nobody at conv24 looks at your files.

Question 4

Do I need to create an account?

Accepted Answer

You can upload a file and start a conversion without an account. To download the converted file, you create an account in a few seconds with your email address, so you can find your files and your subscription in one place.

Question 5

How does the €0.90 48-hour trial work?

Accepted Answer

For €0.90 you get full access to every conv24 tool for 48 hours. If you do not cancel before the trial ends, it renews automatically as a €49/month subscription with no commitment.

Question 6

Can I cancel at any time?

Accepted Answer

Yes, conv24 has no commitment. You can cancel your trial or your subscription at any time from your account, in a few clicks. You keep access until the end of the period you have already paid for.

Question 7

Hvordan får jeg tilgang til API-et?

Accepted Answer

Logg inn på kontoen din og åpne API-nøkkel-siden for å opprette en nøkkel. Send deretter filene dine til REST-API-et vårt med den nøkkelen; API-dokumentasjonen går gjennom hvert endepunkt.

Question 8

Why did my conversion fail?

Accepted Answer

A conversion usually fails when the file is damaged, password-protected, larger than 100 MB or in a format that does not match its extension. Check the file and try again; if it still fails, contact our support team with the file name.

Question 9

What is the maximum file size?

Accepted Answer

Each file can be up to 100 MB. For larger files, compress them first or split them into several parts before converting.

Question 10

How long are my files kept?

Accepted Answer

Files are kept only for as long as it takes to convert and download them, then they are deleted automatically. We do not keep a copy of your documents.
